Can I store any type of suitcase in the locker?

Yes, our lockers are designed to fit a variety of sizes of suitcases, backpacks and other luggage. However, be sure to check the dimensions of the locker before storing an item, we offer three different sizes of Lockers to fit your needs.

Is there a time limit for using the ticket office?

Each locker can be rented from 1 day to 120 days before use it. The reservation period is 24 hours daily, from 07:00 a.m. each day to 06:59 a.m. the next day (For example: 1 day reservation on May 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.: the customer can access the ticket office as many times as you want until 6:59 a.m. of May 26, 2025).

In case of exceeding the time, you will have to pay another day.

Can I access the ticket office at any time?

Yes, smart lockers are usually available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can access your belongings at any time, as long as it fits the booking time. The reservation period is 24 hours daily, from 07:00 a.m. each day to 06:59 a.m. the next day (For example: 1 day reservation on May 25, 2025 at 10:00 in the morning: the customer can access the ticket office as many times as you want until 6:59 in the morning of May 26, 2025).

What do I do if I forget my code or password to access the ticket office?

If you forget your code or password, you can reset access to your locker by contacting our customer service. Our team will help you regain access quickly and securely. Customer Assistance Number: 632174587 and/or by written communication to the following asistencia@vlflocker.com address.

Can I store valuables in the smart lockers?

Although our lockers are equipped with advanced security technology, we are not responsible for valuables. We recommend storing items such as jewelry, cash and electronic devices in safer places. In the Terms and Conditions it is written what can be stored.

What payment methods do you accept?

Reservations can be made on the website 24 hours a day and is accepted payment by credit or debit card.
